Parmigiana Dinners

Veal a la MaMa Vallone
The veal is pan seared and served with our Jack Daniel's Whiskey sauce. Made with cream, shallots, capers, mushroom, and Jack Daniel's Tennessee Sour-Mash Whiskey
Veal a la Kelly
The veal cutlets are browned in olive oil and smothered in a rich cream sauce filled with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, roasted garlic, white wine, and capers. Served over a bed of Cheese Ravioli
Bagna Cada Dinner for Two
We have been serving this unique dinner since opening in 1986. You are served the traditional iron skillet "Bagna Caulda", the assortment of fresh vegetables - along with a platter of freshly sliced steak, jumbo prawns, and chicken that you cook at your table. Served with your choice of two side dishes and soup/salads. * You can also have it Kelly Style with extra garlic and bagna paste
