Bagna Cauda

Our Signature Appetizer served since our opening day in 1986. Serves 2-4 people. Features a large bowl of fresh vegetables you cook yourself on a cast iron skillet of bubbling olive oil, garlic, butter, and anchovies. Served with homemade bread for dipping



Sautéed Button Mushrooms

Northwest mushrooms sautéed to order in butter, garlic, shallots, and white wine, with bread for dipping



MaMa's Golden Combo Platter

Mozzarella cheese sticks, steakhouse onion rings, beer battered shrimp, deep fried cheese ravioli, and chicken breast strips. Served with marinara, sweet chili firecracker, and tarter sauce

Sicilian Warm Steak Salad

Steak strips marinated in olive oil, red wine, and Italian seasonings are sautéed with button mushrooms and served over romaine, iceberg, carrots, red cabbage, baby corn, artichoke hearts, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, and croutons.



Salmon Salad

Salmon fillet served over romain, iceberg, artichoke hearts, carrots, baby corn, red cabbage, black olives, red onion, tomato, and croutons



Caesar Salad

Romain, house made caesar dressing, parmesan, lemon wedge, house made croutons - Add Chicken - Add Salmon - Add Shrimp - Entree, half, or add-on sizes



Soup & Salad Dinner

All you can eat Pasta Fagioli soup and your choice of Caesar or House salad



Pasta e Fagiloi Soup

Made with dried white beans and pasta - cooked in rich chicken and beef stock with carrots, celery, onion, and tomato. Parmesan and ground pepper served at the table

Sicilian Cod and Shrimp Sauté

Wild cod fillet is sautéed to order with butter, fresh lemon, capers, roasted garlic, mushrooms, shallots, shrimp, and Sicilian herbs



Wild Pacific Salmon Fillet

Charbroiled with MaMa's Gourmet Seasoning and lemon herb butter



Jumbo Prawns - Garlic Scampi Style or Deep Fried

Sautéed with roasted garlic, mushroom, diced tomato, butter, shallots, and white wine. Or, deep fried in panko breading and served with cocktail and tarter sauce



Cacciatore Dinners "In the Style of the Hunter"

Prepared in a light tomato sauce with onions, garlic, olives, mushroom, bell pepper, red wine, diced tomato, and Sicilian herbs. Chicken Breast - Italian Sausage - Veal



Parmigiana Dinners

The meat is sautéed until golden brown then placed on a pool of marinara sauce and imported Prosciutto Ham. Mozzarella cheese is added and baked. Chicken - Veal



Veal a la MaMa Vallone

The veal is pan seared and served with our Jack Daniel's Whiskey sauce. Made with cream, shallots, capers, mushroom, and Jack Daniel's Tennessee Sour-Mash Whiskey



Veal a la Kelly

The veal cutlets are browned in olive oil and smothered in a rich cream sauce filled with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, roasted garlic, white wine, and capers. Served over a bed of Cheese Ravioli



Bagna Cada Dinner for Two

We have been serving this unique dinner since opening in 1986. You are served the traditional iron skillet "Bagna Caulda", the assortment of fresh vegetables - along with a platter of freshly sliced steak, jumbo prawns, and chicken that you cook at your table. Served with your choice of two side dishes and soup/salads. * You can also have it Kelly Style with extra garlic and bagna paste




Pasta
Served with Focaccia bread, salad or soup, and your choice of sauce - Marinara, Cream, Butter-Garlic, or Pesto


Homemade Meatballs with Spaghetti or Fettucini

House made with a blend of beef, veal, pork, fresh onions, garlic, parsley, and Sicilian herbs. Choose 2, 3, 4, or 5 Meatballs

MaMa's chef's layer tender egg pasta sheets with savory ground beef, spinach, cream sauce, mozzarella, and loads of homemade marinara sauce. Half Order option available



MaMa's Sampler Platter

This popular platter features a generous portion of Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and Cheese Ravioli with your choice of sauce. (Chef's recommendation is a little of each sauce)



Fettuccini Supreme

Sautéed chicken breast, shrimp, mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, and Sicilian herbs and choice of sauce



Sicilian Steak Fettuccini

Marinated and sautéed steak slices and fresh mushrooms with your choice of sauce



Spaghetti Puttanesca

Spaghetti tossed with crushed red pepper flakes, roasted garlic, kalamata olives, capers, anchovies, tomatoes, Sicilian herbs, and marinara sauce



Shrimp Fettuccini

4oz of shrimp gently warmed in garlic butter and served with your choice of sauce
